I had an EGD yesterday. Believe it or not, I had fun while I was there except the BP monitor kept sounding alarms while I waited to be taken back. My sugar was low, so I recommended that the nurses bring me a donut (which they never did). I got to show off my pronunciation of the word esophagogastroduodenoscopy a few times. I'm told I announced three times that I am going to marry Steve (I only remember one of those times.) But I'm mostly appreciative of Dr. Seidl for finding out why I've been having episodes of chest pain and for providing treatment right away. You are all wonderful, caring people-- and what a bunch of smilers! I never did get my donut while I was there. But my daughter stopped and bought me a small, lemon bundt cake on the way home. Thank you to all of you and tell Steve he's safe from this old lady! Back again yesterday for a colonoscopy. There was more fun to be had since prep day was over with. The lovely woman who came out to the waiting area to take me back and get me ready was sweet as candy. The nurse who checked all of my numbers and asked me a million questions was so gentle and efficient when starting my IV. Amanda was my favorite and I'm putting her down for 10% of what's left in my bank balance when I'm gone (hahahaha, she MIGHT get to have most of a pizza that night). I used to believe that medical professionals had zero senses of humor. You guys changed that belief yesterday. That makes a nervous, anxiety ridden experience so very much easier. You were all kind and showed a lot of care about my comfort and needs. 6 stars out of 5! Kudos to you all!

They took great care of my baby boy today. Dr. Reed is the absolute best in Joplin, I have been coming to his office for years and I will really miss him when he retires :( They sent my son home with this cute homemade blanket and his favorite character Minecraft electric toothbrush 💙 Thank you Dr. Reed and staff ❤️ !!!!!

I was the first patient of the day. The front desk lady was unpleasant and not prepared at all. Their insurance department did not file my claim on time, even though I paid my entire portion on the day of service just like they wanted, resulting in an ongoing mess with UHC. The claim was finally paid 7 months later. During that time I had other claims to pay to other providers even though I had paid my deductible to 32nd Street Surgery Center. I ended up paying most of my deductible twice due to their inability to do their job. I have yet to receive my overpayment back from 32nd Street Surgery Center. I have made repeated calls. The doctor, nurses and all other care staff were great. It's the office staff that needs tossed.

I've had several procedures here and the staff, nurses and doctors are A+ or 10/10. Thank you for your gentleness, kindness & professionalism.
