Insurance and Billing
32nd Street Surgery Center accepts most major insurance. We will bill your insurance carrier for you; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Since your insurance policy and coverage are between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and deductibles.

I recently had a foot surgery at 32nd Street Surgery Center. The staff were very empathetic, friendly, knowledgeable of my condition, medication allergies, and what post op care I would need. They made me laugh and feel comfortable and relaxed that they cared about me as an individual. Dr. Haste made me feel confident that my procedure would go well and that I was in capable hands with an actual caring medical professional. Post-op follow up was done also which made me feel even more confident in my recovery. Highly recommend.
